    Artist Statement:

“I am a predominantly self-taught artist, born and raised in Slovakia. I have been fortunate to live and work in several countries around the globe. For the last 10 years, Dubai has been my home. My artwork is created through a combination of my intuition and my deep connection to the inspiration of the creation itself. Each painting is filled with multiple layers of paint, building a rich history and story into each piece. Creatively balancing a visual harmony between the earth and the sky. I am influenced by the work of Lee Krasner, Joan Mitchell, Willem de Kooning, Van Gogh and Monet.

To paint, I solely use my hands and fingers to provide me with an intimate connection to my work. With my signature style, I evoke the ever- changing complexion of the landscape with emotional immediacy as I maintain the meditative freedom and breadth of nature.

Vibrantly hued, I select dynamic, contrasting colours to best demonstrate and communicate my emotions. I embellish my expressionist paintings with a spiritual harmony and invite you to celebrate the joys of our universe through my work.”
